Shipping & Return
We offer Free Shipping to worldwide for all products by standard registered air mail will typically take approximately 2 weeks to reach the final destination. We will inform you a message for confirm shipping with tracking number a few days after shipped date.
You can upgrade shipping to Express Mail Service by adding Express Mail Service to your shopping cart with additional expedited shipping charge ($30). Delivery time for Express method is around 4-6 days. We will ship by DHL for expedited shipping, for the country that do not have DHL service, we will ship by EMS from Post Office which cost the same with DHL Express as well as delivery time.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for refund, replace or for a credit of the original purchase amount (shipping and handling fees are non refundable).
Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to be acceptable for return. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact our Customer Support within no later than 48 hours after receiving the order.
